A philanthropic project initiated in 2006 designed to contribute money to local organizations, clubs or charities. The basis of the program sees $89.00 from every Real Estate transaction saved for one year. Annually a cheque is presented to a specific recipient. The recycling action in the logo is significant to the fundamental purpose of Action 89. “To recycle Real Estate dollars back into the community for the benefit of its citizens.”

Any local groups wishing to be considered as recipients should apply in writing by December 1st to be considered for the following year.
